In 2003 Dr David Kelly was found dead in the woods. Caught in a political vortex, Dr Kelly had been forced to appear before a televised government committee investigating whether he had accused British government figures of planting in a dossier the questionable claim that WMDs could be unleashed from Iraq in 45 minutes. The Hutton Inquiry concluded that Dr Kelly took his own life. But did he? This blog takes a closer look.... Contact: RowenaThursby@onetel.com

How well qualified are the medics who have raised questions about Dr Kelly's death? Why do they deserve to be taken any more seriously than those (eg the Coroner and the pathologist who performed the inquest) who appear to be content?

Dr David Kelly Interview Pulled
Lib Dem MP, Norman Baker, has been carrying out his own investigation into the mysterious death of weapons inspector Dr David Kelly. Last week he recorded an interview with GMTV during which he divulges new aspects of the case previously unreported. The interview was due to be broadcast tomorrow. I've just heard that the interview has now been pulled due to 'poor sound quality' and will be shown at a later date.
How convenient.
